November is also the month when the traditional Sloe Gin Challenge is held at the Feathers Hotel, possibly the most unique event to be held in Oxfordshire: Cotswolds’ individuality at its best! For two day on 29th and 30th November, the hotel will be searching for the best Sloe Gin in the UK and will be open to the public on the second day.
The competition is open to home-brewers and commercial producers, and culminates in the top three gins in each category facing off for the final big prize. For just £15 per person, guests are invited to sample the winning spirits and judge for themselves!
